Believe it or not, ‘Goat Yoga’ is a thing.

Lainey Morse’s yoga classes that incorporate goats have become popular; there’s currently a 1,200-person waiting list.

Morse’s classes are held at her scenic farm located in Albany, Oregon, where adorable baby goats have access to practitioners during their yoga sessions.

Snuggles and selfies with the goats are not uncommon.

“It’s the perfect combination of nature and animals with yoga. Goats are perfect. They all work together well,” Morse says.

Morse moved from Phoenix, Arizona, to picturesque western Oregon and bought herself a small farm on a whim.

She hasn’t looked back since. No regrets. Which is also the name of her farm, “No Regrets.”

She also owns eight goats because she’s always wanted to hold goats.

Goat Yoga all started when a mom attending a child’s birthday party at her farm approached her with an exciting proposition;

“The woman said, ‘You should have a yoga class out here,”

Morse agreed, but only if her goats can participate.

The rest, as they say, is history.

Morse claims that people even drive from states away.

“People come in with depression, anxiety, it doesn’t cure a disease, but it helps people cope. It’s hard to be depressed when you have baby goats jumping on you.”

Truer words have never been spoken.
