A bull that was supposed to be sacrificed as part of the Muslim celebration Eid al-Adha escaped, attacked everyone in attendance, and is still unaccounted for Wednesday morning, officials said.
이슬람 축제 이드 알 아드하(Eid al-Adha)의 일환으로 희생될 예정이었던 황소가 탈출해 참석한 모든 사람을 공격했으며 수요일 아침에도 행방불명됐습니다.
According to CBS News, the bull rampaged through a halal slaughterhouse’s farm fence in the town of Manorville in Long Island, New York, at around 8:20 a.m. on Tuesday.
CBS 뉴스에 따르면, 황소는 화요일 오전 8시 20분경 뉴욕 롱아일랜드 매노빌 타운의 할랄 도축장의 농장 울타리를 뚫고 난동을 일으켰습니다.
As part of the Muslim holiday, the sacrifice of livestock is customary.
이슬람 휴일의 일부로 가축을 희생하는 것이 관례입니다.
“It just started chasing everybody,” Tasbir Ahammed of East New York said after witnessing the bull escape.

People were injured trying to run from the charging bull, Ahammed added.

When found, the bull on the lam will be tranquilized and given to an animal sanctuary in New Jersey, sparing its life. Thanks to animal activists who sealed a deal with the owner.

In a statement, JohnDiLeonardo, president of Long Island Orchestrating for Nature, said, “He is terrified. He is running for life right now, just like you or I would if someone was trying to murder us.”

In the meantime, police officers advise nearby residents to stay indoors and urged everyone not to come near the animal or shoot it.
